§ 36.41. MEMBERSHIP.

That the Communications Committee for the City of Union, Kentucky shall consist of six (6) members, said members comprised of professional volunteers who are citizens of the city, or persons who own a business in the city. The members shall be appointed by the Union City Commission and shall serve as follows: said terms shall be staggered; as such three (3) original appointments shall serve a two (2) year term and three (3) original appointments shall serve a four (4) year term. All subsequent terms shall be for four (4) years.
