§ 35.04. DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

Latest version.

The income derived from the revenue produced by this chapter shall be used for one (1) or more of the following purposes:
(A) Police protection;
(B) Public works;
(C) General fund;
(D) Contingent; and
(E) Miscellaneous.
